Cannot go to tab in Pin tab drop down

Use compact tab layout
Create some pin tabs
Reduce width of Orion so some pin tabs are moved into a drop down menu
click tab inside the pin tab drop down, nothing happen <-- ISSUE

Then pin tab drop down should function normally.

I was able to reproduce this on both -beta and -rc, thank you for the report!

Yannick added the Planned tag 4 Feb.

20 days later

dino added the Done tag and removed the Planned tag 25 Feb.

No one is typing
