Link previews do not work for external links when Orion isn't the default browser

I use a browser redirection app and when Orion is invoked through these apps, the link previews do not work and external links open in Orion directly instead of showing a link preview.

I myself use Choosy but there are many similar apps, like Velja, Browserosaurus or Finicky

I expect link previews to work regardless of how the app is invoked.
