If I have www.kagi.com open in a tab but then, hours later, with 90+ tabs open, I ⌘ + T to open www.kagi.com again, Orion should I suggest I switch to the already open tab instead of happily obliging and opening the duplicate.

Arc does this very well:

This is not something any user would "actively" use per se, but rather an enhancement that would benefit pretty much anyone, globally, forever. Who wants duplicate tabs unless you explicitly right-click on a tab to duplicate it?

This would have the nice side effect of "automatically" reducing the number of tabs people have open, minimizing pressure on the need to handle "tab management", incidentally another topic where Orion could greatly profit from improvement.

This already should be a feature.

I'm not sure what application you're using in your screenshot (the launcher), but I frequently get suggestions for existing tabs when I type something into the omnibar. I'm blazing through the World Wide Web™️ right and there will be just a momentary flash of "Tabs" in my autosuggestions and I'm like "woah" and then suddenly an old dusty browser window with 200 tabs comes out of nowhere with just the tab I needed. It happens more than I'd like to admit. Orion Browser 2025 🚀

This seems to work already but only if the tab is in the same Orion window.

I want this to work across Orion windows, so I can jump to the window with the already opened tab.

That launcher is actually the Arc browser itself! I do use Raycast and love it but my screenshot simply shows Arc.
Arc completely did away with the traditional "URL bar" as we know it from every other browser, instead implementing that launcher-like UI which I also quite liked tbh.
