Selecting bottom most tab after closing another tab causes it to open a different tab than selected

Open several tabs in ios Orion
Use Orion for a little while
Close one of the bottom most tabs
Select the last tab
Observe that the tab opened is not the last tab but the one above it.

Hard to replicate but it's happened enough times that I'm getting upset and decided to report it. Will attempt to get a video soon.

When pressing the tab I want, it should open not a different tab.

I pressed the stream tab but it didn't go to the stream tab.
