When in focus mode, if the address bar is visible and I try to click on one of the toolbar extension icons (or the download icon) the address bar immediately disappears and no extension menu/download menu appears.
I expect either
- The tool bar remains visible while the extension menu is active
- The tool bar disappears, but the extension window/modal/flyout opens and stays active
In case #1, if I click anywhere in the browser that isn't related to the extension I just clicked or the address bar the tool bar should disappear.
In case #2, clicking anywhere but within the extension fly out should dismiss the extension's UI.
