Open in external app not working for VMware vSphere Client

In VMware vSphere Client, there is a button on each VM labelled "Launch Remote Console", which should open in an external app (VMware Remote Console). This doesn't work in Orion - it's fine in Safari/Chrome/etc. No response is received when pressing the button. I have tried disabling Content Blockers etc, and using Compatibility Mode to no effect.

Hey,

Is there a way to test it without using the VMware vSphere Client?
If not, are you familiar with the browser's debug console?

Sorry Yannick I missed your update.

Connecting to the web UI for a VMware ESXi host directly offers similar functionality and jumps out to the same app. That one works fine. For some reason Orion doesn't like the vSphere Client page (not sure if you are familiar with VMware products but vSphere is the unified management for a fleet of virtual infrastructure servers).

Not familiar with Orion's debug console but happy to supply anything you need if I can get some guidance 🙂

Same issue here:

If needed, I can open a limited access (authorized ip source, limited time and test vm) to someone. I can also make tests or reports on your behalf.
