laiz This was recently fixed ( #9090 ) but it seems like the case of having new tabs open with notes wasn't considered. Nice find! So, in short: Have New tabs open with set to Notes Pin a tab Suspend it A new Notes tab is opened Reactivate the pinned tab Suspend it Another Notes tab is opened despite there already being one
JSiuDev I changed settings to use empty page: Suspending active pin tab will only one empty page. However, it still open one though there are existing tabs already:
