Can we break down the toolbar into smaller components?

Currently, when customizing toolbar, the pinned tab, address bar, tabs, and new tab button are all in one big chunk:

Can we break it down like following:

I prefer to order them from left to right: new tab button, address bar, pinned tabs, tabs. Others likely will have their own preference.

Additionally, it is a bit awkward to have address bar sitting between pinned tabs and tabs.

Yes, please! This would make non-address bar users like me happy too.

To add on, I really like Vivaldi's implementation when address bar is hidden, a floating bar pops up on Cmd+L. I hope it could work like that too.
