Please pay attention to the steps in the video, open two tabs, scroll the webpage to hide the toolbar, and then use Orion's pinch gesture (three-finger pinch) to close the tabs. When you default back to the previous tab, you will find that the URL has disappeared.
When the toolbar is hidden, closing the tab by any means (which can include gestures built into Orion or certain user scripts) should not cause the address bar to disappear.
