Dynamic vertical tab dragging behavior

Vertical tab dragging such as this.

Instead of the current behavior.

I am not sure why the tab dragging behavior is like this even though with horizontal tabs it is live dragging behavior.

not possible bc otherwise u cant make new child tabs.
