Do not allow closing Pinned Tabs

"Close tab" should not be an entry in the context menu for a Pinned Tab. Pinned Tab are supposed to be persistent so they can be made harder to close by accident. If you really want to close a Pinned Tab, do a bit of work and unpin it first. This is what Vivaldi does.

After internal discussion, we will ultimately leave this functionality as is.
We believe that there is little chance that users will accidentally close pinned tabs.
We checked Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Vivaldi and Brave browsers, and found that only Vivaldi prevents closing pinned tabs.
