Default fonts should match OS / Safari defaults

Current settings for Orion:

Trying to figure out why these are not SF Pro and SF Mono which I think are the macOS defaults. I'm not sure how to tell which fonts Safari uses as defaults.

I created a little HTML file and opened it in Safari, then used Web Inspector to see what system fonts were used. Here's what I found for Sequoia:

Monospace: Menlo
Sans-serif: Helvetica
Serif: Times
Standard: .AppleSystemUIFont, which by default is San Francisco

Any guidelines what fonts to use when disabling web fonts? SF Pro and SF Mono? I know it is a personal preference but Orion should make a sensible choice out of the box that "looks good".

This is a historical setting from the early days of web browsers. It's intended to specify the fonts to use if there's an "issue" on the page, such as when no font is defined.

I believe it's best to leave this setting at its default because it helps you quickly identify a problem as a developer, and other browsers handle it this way too.

Even though, from a user perspective, it has always annoyed me 😉

Perhaps the setting for the font could be moved under advanced or some development settings, for a normal user it is confusing what this setting really means in Appearance and how it interacts with "Block Web Fonts", if at all.
