To add to Vlad's comment, we pay special attention to the questions we receive on Discord and if something somehow isn't answered in the Kagi/Orion documentation, we will be sure to add that information there. A lot of information can be lost in various Discord servers but we are doing everything we can to preserve the knowledge in the documentation.
I understand creating a Discord account is not for everyone and that is one of the downsides of this approach as the people in that group are unable to ask their questions.
