Remove the awkward drop shadow that only appears in light mode from the address bar on iPad.
Removing the drop shadow would (IMO) make the address bar area look less jarring. Currently the bar weirdly looks like it's floating above the rest of the browser, and the bottom shadow creates an awkward tangent with the top of the tabs. I actually thought it might be a bug, like maybe the bar is meant to lift up when activated and is just stuck. But according to https://orionfeedback.org/d/5901-improve-appearance-of-address-bar-in-dark-mode it seems to be intended.
It would also make the interface more consistent, since dark mode doesn't have one (looks like it was removed in response to the suggestion mentioned above.
Orion address bar in light and dark modes:
Text fields typically (or at least historically) look inset, like a receptacle. That's the opposite of Orion's address bar, which is like a strip of paper floating above the app (but I still try to read it as a receptacle, which is physically incoherent).
The floating bar Safari's bar is more integrated. That looks better to me (unsurprisingly since it's what I'm used to).
