Since the last update of the new toolbar UI, the position of the webpage loading progress bar has been particularly biased towards the bottom of the screen, which looks very uncoordinated.

From the video, it can be seen that as the toolbar hides while scrolling, the progress bar shifts to the very bottom, which is not a good position. Perhaps we can learn from Safari and set the progress bar to this position when hiding the toolbar.
This position is more coordinated and aesthetically pleasing.
