Scroll jank on Orion for iOS

When scrolling, there is some jitter, stutter or whatever you want to call it.

Tested this on multiple web pages. Compared to Brave and Safari on my iPhone, neither of which had the same issue.

The stutter occurs when the scroll starts and stops.

The scrolling to be smooth

This is caused by the toolbar animation and will be fixed in the next release (waiting for Apple to publish it). In the meantime, you can toggle off Settings -> Appearance -> Hide Toolbar on Scroll and the stuttering should go away.
