URL garbled from Orion on iOS, ok on MacOS

URL is either garbled and/or truncated at characyter "&", for example when I paste the URL string:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/your-account/ship-track?ie=UTF8&orderId=113-7389167-4879456&packageIndex=0&shipmentId=BhgH2RnrR&ref_=scr_pt_tp_t

The result, apparently from Amazon, two iterations:

No results for https://www.amazon.com/gp/your-account/ship-track?ie=UTF8.

The bug encountered on iOS on iPhone. Just checked and works fine on MacOS. Don't know if this is a bug in Orion or in Kagi search (both searches, iOS and MacOS, were from Orion).

Hi @willett, thank you for the bug report!
I am unable to reproduce this issue, would you be able to provide more context?

Could you try to reproduce the issue in the latest build (1.3.16 (2))
Could you provide another example URL that gets mangled, a URL that doesn't need to be logged it to any account would make testing much easier.
