Adblocking stops working on slashdot.org after refreshing the page

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Install Orion version 0.99.130.3.1-rc (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
2. Make sure the new advanced content blocking rules setting is enabled in Privacy settings
3. Go to https://slashdot.org
4. Notice that no ads are displayed and the site is in general pleasant to use
5. Refresh the page (this might require a couple of refreshes)
6. Notice that the ads are no longer blocked

Expected behavior:
Ads should not suddenly make their way through the content blocker after refreshing the page. It would seem Orion does something differently on page refresh vs. loading a page for the first time.
