Can't get out toolbar edit mode.

After removing two icons, I can't get out of the edit mode now. (By drag icons while pressing the Command button.)

It should exit the edit mode after I release the command button.

I'm not able to reproduce this bug now. But the step basically is:

Hold the command button.
Drag an icon from the toolbar.
Release to delete the icon.

The new version of Orion added two buttons to the toolbar. I already have some buttons there so I removed them.
After that, the toolbar didn't go back to a normal state but stayed in the edit state. The icons continue to wiggle before I reopen the window.

It happened again. This time, after I clicked the edit toolbar in the menu. The icons started to wiggle, but the drawer didn't show. And I can't exit this mode.
