Steps to reproduce:
- Install Orion Version 0.99.130.3-rc (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
- Make sure Advanced content blocking rules is enabled in
Settings -> Privacy
- Attempt to open new tabs (⌘+T, the
+ button, and File -> New Tab all work for this purpose)
- Notice that there is a delay in the tab opening
- Disable Advanced content blocking rules in
Settings -> Privacy
- Open new tabs now
- The delay is gone and tabs are opened as expected
Based on my testing, this issue is not present on non-default profiles.
