  • Enabling 'advanced content blocking rules' causes the default Orion profile to beachball on launch for 15-30 seconds

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Orion Version 0.99.130.3-rc (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
  2. Make sure Advanced content blocking rules is enabled in Settings -> Privacy
  3. Quit your Default profile
  4. Launch it again
  5. Notice that Orion beachballs for a long time and the CPU usage is very high for that duration
  6. Disable Advanced content blocking rules in Settings -> Privacy
  7. Relaunch Orion
  8. Notice that the profile is launched quickly as expected

Other profiles seem unaffected by this.

Expected behavior:
No beachballing. I assume the culprit of this is the new advanced content blocking rules, and it should not behave like this on launch for the default profile.
