Right clicking on a tab when the cursor is over the favicon doesn't work

When right clicking on a tab in the sidebar, when the cursor is placed over the website favicon it doesn't show the menu giving you options for the tab.

I expected it to open the right click menu, just as it does when you click anywhere else on the tab.
