Request mobile website for a specific FQDN will switch to request desktop website when request mobile website for other websites is enabled.
Steps to reproduce: If requesting mobile websites by default, go to settings, websites, request mobile websites, and unselect other websites. Go to [kagi.com](https://kagi.com), tap the hamburger menu in the left of the address bar, select request mobile website. Go back to request mobile websites in settings, and select other websites. This will unselect every FQDN listed, in this case kagi.com, and make them request the desktop site. Unselecting other websites will not revert FQDN mobile preferences.
Websites when manually specified to request the mobile site should request it regardless of the default.
