Hello I'd like to backup or sync my history for the iOS version.
On the mac I can just copy the file that stores my browsing history.
Sometimes I need to export my history into a CSV file.

Not so much a web browser but there are two Safari extensions which allow me to do this. Surfed and History Book.

Vivaldi and Safari allow sync to desktop from iOS, and then you can export from there. This feels like it would be enough, and direct export from iOS would be overkill.
Sync is incredibly useful for information recall across devices.
