What happened/How did it happen?:
When I press ctrl-grave in Orion RC for desktop, it takes me to the previous tab. The menubar does not darken the "Window" tab momentarily as it does regularly when you click a menubar button, so I believe it's some sort of hidden hotkey, possibly used for testing.
Issue is replicated on multiple keyboards and with keyboard modifications turned off.
Notably, ctrl-shift-grave does not do the opposing action, and does not appear to have any assigned hotkey in Orion RC (as expected).
I don't believe ctrl-grave has a standard usage across macOS, so I'm not sure why this would be happening. Especially with the shifted version of the hotkey not doing the opposite.
I didn't find any similar errors with the more common tab-/grave-related hotkeys for switching tabs/windows in browsers/macOS
Steps to replicate (on a clean profile):
Press ctrl-grave with ≥ 2 tabs open in a window. It will act similarly to ctrl-shift-tab.
I noticed that occasionally it gets stuck and does nothing, but I'm not sure if that's a quirk of whatever bug is causing this to happen, or just an Orion RC/beta bug that's unrelated.
Of note, when ctrl-grave doesn't incorrectly go back a tab because it got stuck, the hotkey still doesn't function correctly—it appears that Orion is still capturing it without any visible action being performed.
Does it happen in Safari (if it could be a WebKit bug)?:
No
Expectation:
Orion Browser does not capture the hotkey, allowing for its use in system shortcuts (or to not be used at all)
If, for some reason, this behavior is intentional, then it would be ideal if there was a way to toggle it, or the specific behavior was added to a menubar item so that the hotkey for it could be overridden such that Orion wouldn't respond to it with the "bug" behavior.
Describe the desired functionality:
I use ctrl-grave as a hotkey for Move focus to active or next window in "System Settings→Keyboard→Keyboard→Move focus to active or next window" (essentially a version of the default cmd-grave that works across all apps within a space instead of only the focused app). This is as this is my most common window switching shortcut (I don't use cmd-tab), this is fairly disruptive to my workflow, as every time I happen to focus Orion, I have to use a separate shortcut or the mouse or some other method to move to the next window.
It also blocks switching between Orion windows, although that's less of an issue for me personally as I can use cmd-grave in that case.
As you can imagine, however, getting stuck within a window animation when you are trying to quickly hotkey through multiple windows when working on things can get pretty frustrating.
