Unfortunately, I am still unable to reproduce this issue.
Would you be able to share a screen recording from before a cold launch of the app (force close Orion), create a new tab and show all the steps to reproduce the issue?
Do you know what is the underlying netweork error? I have no issues loading v2ex.com, and have tried to simulate 500, 403 and 404 errors but it didn't give me the same results as you. Any additional context you can share would be extremely helpful.
