I opened 3 speedometer tabs. One with uBlock Origin enabled (with orion content blocker and intelligence tracking prevention disabled, but compatibility mode turned off). Second was uBlock disabled, with Orion's content blocker and intelligence tracking prevention turned on. Last one was compatibility mode.
I click between the 3 tabs, and it is slow.
Fast tab switching. At proper speed.

I think it could be a bug in the way Orion handles the WKWebView configuration, as I have different configs set for each tab. I think Orion is loading the content blocker rules, then removing it, then adding it back in. That's my thoughts.
There's a noticeable delay when switching between two Speedometer result tabs even without any extensions installed on a fresh Orion profile. Only the results screen seems to have a delay as tabs in which the test has not been run are switched to as expected.
Safari worked as expected as well.
Orion's horizontal (maybe vertical) tab bar should use mouseDown rather than mouseUp when clicking between tabs. It will make the experience better and feel faster. Because that's also a reason why it feels slow. Other browsers use mouseDown for switching between tabs. But regardless, there is still a huge delay in Speedometer tabs (potentially other websites as well)
It's especially annoying when you click (as opposed to tap) on a MacBook's trackpad. I personally don't like the how mouseUp is used for switching tabs.
Additional Information: The CPU usage goes higher for speedometer than other tabs.
