New tabs open next to current tab - always

New tabs always open next to current tab if Settings>Tabs>Navigation is ticked on/off for „open new tab next to current tab“.
I guess that when this option is ticked „off“ this should normally open new tabs at the end (right) of all open tabs.

In Safari it opens tabs always at the right ed of all open tabs.

With out bug: Tabs open next to current tab or not - depending if the option is ticked or not.

I've just tested it agains 0.99.130-beta and v0.99.130.2-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4) and I can't reproduce above mentioned behavior. Please see the record below:
