When in focus mode, suggenstions pop up doesn't go away after pressing cmd+l and clicking away

Steps to Reproduce:

Open a window
Enter focus mode
press cmd+l
click somewhere on the screen
Try to make the suggestions box go away, it won'thttps://orionfeedback.org/assets/files/2024-12-12/1733972202-308850-suggestions-box-bug.mov

I expect the suggestions box to go away when I click other places on the page.
