Go Links extension doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/go-links/mdkgfdijbhbcbajcdlebbodoppgnmhab

Log into the account if you haven't already. There is an "Error - error" message at the top in Orion as well as the extension's drop down modal, and you can't create a link. Also, existing golinks do not work (e.g. https://go/weeklymeeting should forward you to https://docs.google.com/document/d/abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwzya-blahblahblah

Encountered the same issue with a similar extension trot.to. When going to the link it cant resolve it, and on reload it asks to relogin. Tested on both Chrome and Firefox versions

Feb 8 2023, not working. Gives the same error as reported earlier.

I found a workaround for this issue on trot.to (which actually avoids needing an extension at all). Using the instructions found here, I went to Orion Settings->Search->Manage Search Engines and added a search engine with the keyword go and the domain https://trot.to/%s. This lets you type go docs and get directed to the right place.
