Hi, I'm a bit confused about how opening links in a popup window works.
with the setting enabled and disabled clicking a link is opened as a browser tab.
The expected behavior should be that toggling the setting should control if a link is opened in a popup window or not meaning there should be a difference in how links are opened.

Also 95% sure that sometime the behavior is the opposite. Both when the settings is enabled or disabled the link is opened in a popup window.
The setting controls behavior for external apps. In orion holding shidf while clicking link on a page will open it in preview.
One of the users on Discord commented that:
When opening a link from an external app - use the setting to control the behavior.
When I open a link from within Orion - the link will always open as a new tab unless I hold shift in which the link will open in a preview window.
I've confirmed that's probably right.
Myabe worth mentioning somewhere.
Also, I've also encountered issues with opening links while pressing Shift.
I'll keep monitoring and update when it happens.
Any preference updating with that issue here or in a new ticket?
