When opening a link while holding CMD to open it in a new tab, the tab does’t appear. The new tab only appears when navigating to the next or previous tab

Able to reproduce the issue. Tabs visually appear only after switching tabs or opening a new tab by pressing the + button in the toolbar.
Opening something in a new tab via the context menu also causes similar behavior.

This can be reproduced with a simple CMD+T.

When a new tab is opened via a link on a webpage, the tab does not appear in the standard tab layout. Clicking on any open tab makes the new tab appear. See below video.

The tab should appear in the tab selector UI when the tab opens, not after selecting a different tab.

Upon further testing, this occurs when opening links, opening new tabs, CMD+ click links, context menu opening tabs, and more. The Standard Tab UI is majorly bugged.

Appears to be a regression in the latest RC. I am using the regular default horizontal tab bar.

1) Have one or two tabs opened.
2) Create a new tab (via the new tab button, or by right-clicking a link and picking open in new tab).
3) Notice the new tab doesn't appear in the tab bar
4) Click on the tab bar.
5) The tab bar refreshes and the new tab appears after that click (and not before).

The tab bar should refresh without you needing to click it.
