Add Pop-up Blocker settings on mobile
Vlad Yes, I am attaching here another video showing that if go to the website homedepot.ca in Safari, a pop-up showing which home depot location I’d like, comes on the screen (in this example, “Newmarket” location). However, when I go to the same site in Orion, no such pop-ups appear upon landing on the webpage.
This problem has something to do with the ability to allow pop-ups. All browsers including Safari give you the option in the Settings to allow or disallow pop-ups. When pop-ups are allowed, everything works fine. However, in Orion, there is no such settings to allow or disallow pop-ups. I did try turning off Content blockers but that does not solve the problem!

Vlad Pop-blocker setting is not available in the Settings in iPad mobile version of Orion. If it is, can you please post a picture of where to find it? I have tried but cannot find the pop-up blocker setting. I only see Content Blocker with “Basic” and “Full” options but even turning off the Content blocker does not solve the problem.
Vlad Thank you; I’ll look forward to the Pop-blocker setting being available in iPad version in future update release of Orion
Vlad The pop blocker settings were not included in the most recent update for iPad Orion released just yesterday. Do you know when this feature will be released?
Vlad Hi, I am just following up on the plans to add a “Pop-up blocker On/Off” feature to the iPad OS Orion. It’s been 3 months since the original post and this feature is still not implemented in any of the updates so far. Could you please prioritize this in the next update? I love using Orion but lack of the ability to turn off “Pop-up Blocker” is really impeding my workflow and I am forced to use another browser off and on. I’d love to use Orion as my only browser but this feature is really needed in order to make Orion mainstream. Thanks so much!
