When you have a view-source window open, it's possible to reload the page, and the UI gives an indication that a reload from the server occurred - but it didn't. The source code is the same as it was before [when the window was originally opened]. Other browsers will reload with source code from the remote/URL when refreshed.
This is very handy for API/Website development. The current Orion way/UI makes you wonder if there's an issue with the web server.
