https://standardsworks.sae.org/ briefly renders, for less than a second, then the page goes blank/white. As attached video shows, each time the page is reloaded, it briefly renders before going blank/white.
This happens whether compatibility mode is switched on or off. Same page renders just fine on the same MacOS machine in Safari and in Firefox. Same page also renders fine in Orion under iOS.
