Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Install Orion Version 0.99.129.2-rc (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
- Set Orion RC as your default browser
- Make sure Link Preview is enabled in the browsing settings
- preview a link
- attempt to open it as a new tab in Orion by pressing ⌘+T
- Notice that a new Orion tab opens instead, and the previewed link's contents are nowhere to be found
Moving the preview window into a new Orion tab by pressing the expand button in the top right corner of the preview window still works as expected.
Video of the issue:
In this video I first showcase the expected behavior by pressing the button in top right to open the previewed link in a new Orion tab instead. Then I attempt to do the same with the ⌘+T shortcut.
If the preview window is dragged (i.e. detached from its source), it remains active when the new Orion tab is opened. If the preview window is not dragged, it will close upon losing focus, which happens when a new Orion tab is opened by ⌘+T.
Expected behavior:
When pressed, ⌘+T should move the previewed window into a new Orion tab
