laiz I am unable to reproduce this issue on Version 0.99.129-beta (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2). However, from what I have gathered, you aren't the only one who has encountered this bug on some version of Orion. See comments in #7450 and #8849. Could you try reproducing this issue on a fresh Orion profile? File -> Profiles -> New Profile...?
jamescridland Can reproduce it on a new profile. Here's a brand new profile (you can tell, since it asks me for a default search engine as soon as I start using it), requesting a PDF file. Of note - it loads the viewer. Just not the actual file.
