On first launch of Orion, there's a popup:
Regardless of which button is selected, there's then the "Customize Orion" screen, which displays an unchecked box next to "Automatically keep Orion up to date".
Either the initial popup should be eliminated, or the checkbox on the Customize page should be removed.
At the very least, selecting the affirmative option on the popup should change the setting as directed.
