I don't think Tab Switcher is supposed to be a proper noun here.
Tab Switcher -> Tab switcher (in both places)

Again, IDK if Mini Toolbar is a proper noun or not
Mini Toolbar ->mini toolbar`

Default Profile -> Default profile (both places)
Last Active Profile -> Last active profile
This change matches the usage of capitalization for the other dropdowns

URL Display -> URL display
Window Switcher -> Window switcher
shift icon should be replaced with the word Shift to match Safari. shift icon doesn't appear on the keyboard which may confuse users
