'Show/Hide sidebar' button completely absent from Compact Tabs topbar
and compact tabs still broken (see https://orionfeedback.org/d/8883-icons-with-text-break-compact-tab-view)

and yes, it's in the toolbar.

expected functionality:

@esiayo I don't think it's still possible to select "Icon and Text" for compact tabs as well as "mini toolbar"

as for the sidebar - would you be able to provide steps to reproduce since we are unable to on v0.99.130.2-beta.
