Start page folders aren't being closed after opening a link from them

Steps to reproduce:

0. Have the setting New tabs open with set to Start page (this is the default behavior)
1. Create a Favorites folder and add at least one link to it
2. On Orion Start Page, open said folder and click the link
3. Open a new tab
4. Notice that the contents of that folder are still visible

This is somewhat similar to #6469 except that one had additional favorites appearing.

The start page folder should be closed after a link from it has been opened.
