Hello! I’ve installed the app on my Ipad, got a desktop version on the site Languare Reactor successfully, then opened YouTube in another window (without closing Language Reactor in another window), it asked me whether I want to hide YouTube panel (recommended), or leave it without changes, I clicked “ok” and searched for videos, but no changes happened, double subtitles and other features didn’t appear (although closed captions are available in that video)…Tried it on iPhone as well, with the same result… Could you please help? Thank you

    Julia Somehow, occasionally, the features appeared, and afterwards disappeared occasionally as well, I don’t know how(( When they were available, I clicked on the word, the definition popped up and then suggested me to sign in in order to get access to additional functions. Though I have signed in already on the Language Reactor website, ok, I followed the instructions and signed in with Google, but without success… tried again and again, the system reacts very slowly and then suggests to sign in over and over again…
