Allow dragging bookmark into start page

Safari has this feature. Just for more parity and equivalence with Safari.

So drag from bookmarks sidebar... What about bookmbakrs bar or edit bookmarks window?

IMO they should be freely draggeable from any bookmarks window or area to another, irregardless of what type.
