Random crashes on on application switch

After 0.99.128.2.1.2-rc update, having random crashes _on switching~ to Orion e.g Cmd+Tab. All thread dumps on crash reports consistently points to WebKit::NetworkProcess::decrementPtrCount()

I do not have a reproducer but sure that it started after 0.99.128.2.1.2-rc.

I've reported all previous crash reports if helps to match them.
