Orion crashes when you try to move vertical tabs that are not in focus

If you are in vertical tabs and you try to move a tab that is not on the new tab page and you try to move, orion crashes. I am able to reproduce this on clean profile as well.

Version 0.99.128.2.1.2-rc (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
