When I try to open links from other apps in full screen the preview, the activate space changes on that monitor and the preview window vanishes before I can see it.
Setup:
- Mac: Settings => Desktop & Docker
- "When switching to an application, switch to a Space with open windows..." option is disabled.
- "Displays have separate Spaces" option is enabled.
- Orion: Settings => Browsing => Link Preview: enabled
- Primary monitor: Two spaces: A desktop and a full screen window from other app (eg Discord) in focus
- Second monitor: Desktop with Orion windows
What happens:
- Click on a web link in the fullscreen app
- The primary monitor switches spaces to the Desktop
- I can sometimes see the flash a the preview window appearing and vanishing
Workaround: Hold shift key, but this results in a new tab instead of a preview window.
I expect that the preview window is visible after clicking on the external link.
Any one of he following would be fine:
- Open on the display / space with the existing Orion windows
- Appears in the space over the full screen app ( I've seen other apps do this )
- When it switches spaces to the desktop space that that doesn't trigger the preview to disappear.
