Website address can be dragged onto itself

Steps to reproduce:

Focus the address bar.
Click the favicon of the website, then drag it onto itself anywhere within the address bar.
See that the website becomes appended twice onto wherever you dragged the website address onto.

Expected behavior:
It should not be able to be dragged onto itself.

Currently, dragging the website address from the favicon simply causes the current page to reload as that is what the user is attempting to do when dragging the currently open URL into the address bar.
