Issue: When activating a context-menu extension that takes a URL as input, the wrong URL is automatically used.
For example, when using the Web Archives extension on a tab (e.g. example.com/a), a different tab's URL is instead automatically used (e.g. example.com/b). I am not sure what governs which URL is selected; however, the incorrect URL is used every time. Instead of the current tab's URL, another tab's URL is instead used.
