I'm still not sure why and when this happens, but (chrome) extensions often stop working.
In one case, switching the site to Compatibility mode re-enabled the extensions.
I don't know if this is related.

Younger_Me Usually when you hover over a disabled extension it will tell you why it is disabled.
OOook I think it's when I'm on a site in compatibility mode!
