I would change the behavior of the 'Move to Trash' button available from the Downloads button on the toolbar to not delete all previously downloaded files when the user presses that button while one or more files on the list are selected.
For example, if during a typical, multi-day session I download 10 files and then download an 11th file by mistake, if I go into that Downloads button, click on the 11th file, and then hit Move to Trash, Orion deletes all 11 files. I expected only the 11th file deleted.
I am assuming current behavior is not a bug but by design but this also seems to overlap this issue which was marked as Done:

The proposed change in behavior would be safer for all users while preserving existing capability. If a user did want all files listed under Downloads deleted, he or she would simply not select any of them and hit Move to Trash. If he or she only wanted one or a few deleted, he or she would first select them and then hit Move to Trash.
